Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) is an evidence-based program that combines mindfulness meditation, mindful eating exercises to cultivate mindful awareness around food and a more balanced and sustainable approach to food, health and weight.
All MB-EAT trainers have undertaken professional training with Jean Kristeller and also have a substantial mindfulness meditation practice and related professional or clinical experience with eating issues.
